James is an architect and champion of high-quality architecture. With over 18 years of experience, he leads Axiom's London office.
He has strong design and conceptual skills, and combine commercial and technical understanding to deliver projects through all RIBA Stages.
James's role within the London team is wide-ranging, leading multiple hotel and PBSA projects across London and the south.
James regularly commentates on the built environment. James is on the expert New London Architecture panel for retrofit, a panel set up with the built-environment leaders to contribute to the New London Agenda and the new mayoral candidate.
He is a member of the City architecture forum and Liveryman of the Worshipful company of Chartered Architects, and a CPA member.
James has been invited as a guest crit at the Architectural Association, which is very inspiring and rewarding.
Outside of work, he likes to keep fit by cycling or running around after his three sons. When he gets the chance, he enjoys watching rugby, football, or cricket.
