The brief for this project is to explore the comprehensive mixed-use redevelopment of an existing 9 acre brownfield site in the East Midlands. Proposals look to explore various typologies of medium-high density, comprising Student Housing, Light Industrial, Residential and Commercial uses. The design approach is ambitious - to create a landmark destination of high quality architecture that is accessible to the public.
We are working through various feasibility options, and we look forward to progressing the scheme further.
